Pre-order or in stock: what 16 October means for your order

When an item is in stock it ships straight after purchase. With a pre-order you buy an item from an upcoming delivery. You get a fixed price and a place in the queue, and the item ships once the delivery arrives.

We chose pre-orders for our first production run. It lets us make the right quantities and avoid sitting on stock of sizes nobody wants.

• The cooling briefs, single or as a 3-pack.
• The wool sauna hat.
• Other products, such as slides, scrub mitt, towel and bundles, are shown as "Coming soon" and cannot be ordered yet.

1. Now: pre-orders are open. You pay when you place the order.
2. The first batch is produced and shipped to Sweden.
3. 16 October 2026: we start shipping orders in the order they came in.
4. After that, new orders ship within one working day.
5. Delivery after dispatch: 1–3 days in Sweden, 3–6 days in the Nordics, 4–8 days within the EU.

You pay when you place the order, just like a normal purchase. Payment is handled by our payment partner at checkout. We do not store card details.

The amount and the estimated delivery date are in your order confirmation.

Want to change size, update your address or cancel before we ship? Email hej@blueballsco.com with your order number. We can help as long as the order has not left the warehouse.

• 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
• 30-day open purchase on unused products in original packaging.
• Underwear is accepted back unused and unwashed. Do not break the seal until you are sure of the size.

If the delivery from production is delayed, we email everyone who pre-ordered with a new date. You can then choose to wait or cancel and get your money back.

Measure your waist where the waistband sits. S 70–76 cm, M 76–84 cm, L 84–89 cm, XL 89–96 cm, XXL 96–104 cm. Between two sizes, take the smaller. The size guide is also on the product page.
