Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you received the goods. On top of that we offer 30-day returns on unused products in original packaging.

How to do it: email hej@blueballs.co with your order number and the items concerned. You will get a return label and an address. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

You cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Goods must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

Hygiene exception: the scrub mitt (The Scrub) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

The standard withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency is accepted by us.
