How long does the cooling last?

Up to 15–20 minutes at a time from taking the pack out of the freezer. After a cold plunge the pack is cold enough again for the next day if you put it back in the freezer.

Is this a medical device?

No. This is a textile comfort and cooling product. We make no claims about fertility, treatment or health effects.

Can I wear The Icebox in the cold plunge?

Yes. The fabric is quick-drying and the pack recharges in cold water.

Which size should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Regular fit. Waist: S 70–76 · M 76–84 · L 84–89 · XL 89–96 · XXL 96–104 cm. Between sizes, take the smaller one - the briefs should sit close so the pocket keeps its position.

How fast is delivery?

Pre-orders are open and we start shipping from 16 October 2026, once the batch has landed in Sweden. After that, orders ship from Sweden: 1–3 days in Sweden, 3–6 days in the Nordics, 4–8 days within the EU.

Can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 14 days statutory right of withdrawal, plus 30-day returns on unused products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear and cooling kits cannot be returned once the packaging is opened - the same applies to the scrub mitt.

Can I buy extra ice gel packs?

Two packs are included with The Icebox. An extra 2-pack is not for sale yet.

Does the briefs packaging have to be unopened for a return?

Accepted Answer

For The Icebox (underwear): unused, unwashed, in original condition. For hygiene reasons we strongly recommend not breaking the seal until you are sure about size - use the size guide first. An opened scrub mitt is excluded from the 30-day return policy for hygiene reasons.

How do I measure my waist for The Icebox?

Measure around your waist where you normally wear briefs, relaxed, tape flat. S 70–76 · M 76–84 · L 84–89 · XL 89–96 · XXL 96–104 cm. Between two sizes: take the smaller one so the pocket holds the ice gel pack in place.

What is included with The Icebox?

One pair of black cooling briefs with a zippered pocket + two freezable ice gel packs. One in the pocket, one in the freezer.

Question 11

How do I wash The Icebox?

Accepted Answer

Remove the ice gel pack. Wash the briefs according to the care label. Wipe the pack clean - no machine, no tumble dryer. Freeze the pack solid before your next session.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you will see card payment via Shopify Payments. Klarna and Swish appear when activated for your market. We never store card details ourselves. VAT is included in the price shown.

Do you ship within the EU?

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Sweden: free shipping over 470 SEK. Delivery times after 16 October: about 1–3 days in Sweden, 3–6 in the Nordics, 4–8 within the EU.

Can I change or cancel before delivery?

Email hej@blueballsco.com as soon as you can with your order number. Before we have packed or shipped, we will help you change size or cancel. Once the parcel has shipped, the returns policy applies.

Can I return underwear that has been opened?

For hygiene reasons we only take back underwear and cooling kits if the packaging is unopened and the product unused. The 14-day right of withdrawal plus 30-day returns apply to unused items in original packaging. Double-check your size before breaking the seal.

When is my card charged - is this a preorder?

Accepted Answer

You pay when you order. It is a preorder against the first batch: we ship from Sweden from 16 October 2026 once stock has landed. Order confirmation right away; tracking once the parcel ships.
