Prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping is added below 599 SEK. Payment is taken in Shopify checkout using the methods shown there.

Orders ship from Sweden within one business day of order confirmation. Normal delivery is 1–3 days in Sweden, 3–6 days in the Nordics and 4–8 days within the EU.

During a sale we state the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction, as required by Swedish price information law.

Complaints: under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act you have a three-year right to complain about original defects. Contact hej@blueballs.co and we will sort it.

Disputes: if we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

Fibre composition is stated on every textile product in accordance with the EU Textile Labelling Regulation.
