The data controller is Blue Balls Co. AB, company reg. no. 559XXX-XXXX, hej@blueballs.co.

We process the data you provide at purchase (name, address, email, phone, order history) to perform the contract, and accounting data to meet legal obligations.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address on the basis of your consent until you unsubscribe.

Payment and checkout are handled by Shopify as a data processor. Order data is kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Contact hej@blueballs.co. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
