Fit: tighter than loose-fitting boxers - between sizes, pick the smaller one.
How to measure: around the waist where the waistband sits, relaxed, tape flat.
Between sizes? Take the smaller one - the briefs should sit close so the pocket keeps the pack in place.
Cold pack safety
- Never place the cold pack directly against skin - use the pocket or a fabric layer.
- Maximum 15–20 minutes at a time.
- Remove immediately if you feel pain or numbness, or if the skin turns white.
- Do not use with reduced sensation or circulation problems.
- Not for children.

Toppenkalsonger, bra passform och ännu bättre konversationsstartare i bastun. Var lite obekvämt att köra kalsonger + ice pack första gången, men nu känns det helt naturligt och kan köra 2x 15 min session och fortfarande vara 'nerkyld' där nere! 5/5 ⭐️
